System: Principles of Standard Data is an engineered approach to work measurement itself. The course is designed to each the process of developing standard data that is quick and easy to apply and also accurate and consistent in time determination. It is an excellent approach to meeting the accuracy of various government requirement sand providing an organization with reliable measurement for “just in time” scheduling, accurate costing, and performance evaluation. It provides training in data coding, element construction, and theory of standard data construction.
Course: This 5-day course is designed to provide a clear understanding of how to accurately develop and effectively use standards that are built from lower-level time blocks. The course takes a common sense approach to the teaching of standard data construction and will provide you with an in-depth look on the topic.
