The MTM Association for Standards and Research, a member of the International MTM Directorate, is a non-profit organization sponsored and supported by member companies throughout the world. With sister organizations located throughout Europe and Asia, membership includes major corporations, governmental agencies, management consulting firms, universities, and individuals.

 

Since 1951, the MTM Association for Standards and Research has provided business and industry with innovative methodologies designed to help them improve profitability, productivity and quality. Serving a wide cross section of industry, the MTM Association has enabled organizations to not only understand and analyze current operational performance, but to improve and enhance the work environment as well.

 

The Association has pioneered in the development of computerized and manual work measurement systems which recognize, classify, describe and objectively measure the performance of individuals working at various levels within an organization.
